What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
IMEI.tools service supports payments processing in 135+ currencies. Users in the United States can use Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, China UnionPay credit and debit cards. We also support a range of additional payment methods, depending on the country.
How do I place an Order?
All you need to do is submit your device IMEI or Serial number in the order form. If you want to get an IMEI check report for more than one device, you can submit bulk orders. Enter all your IMEI numbers one per line into the application form.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
You can't cancel your order after it was placed. In the case of the Rejected order, the payment returns to your balance. You can use your account balance for the service order again.
Do I need an account to place an order?
It is not mandatory. Your account will be created automatically after your order placement. It will contain information about your order and payment status. A temporary password will be emailed to you. You can also create your account at our service before an order placement using the registration form.
How Do I Track My Order?
You can track your order delivery status at the ORDER TRACKING page and in your personal account. You will receive an email notification when your order will get the Completed status at a specified Service Delivery time.
